Shipping Timelines

Every Luminsparkle piece is handcrafted with love. Most items are manufactured on demand and take 1-3 business days for processing before they are shipped.

Damages & Replacements

If your item is damaged while in transit, we will replace it with the same item at no cost to you.

To process a replacement, we require:

• A clear photo of the damage to the product.
• A photo of the shipping label on the box.

Once evidence is received, we will send a replacement. Please note that refunds are not issued for damaged goods. If certain parts can be replaced rather than the complete product, we will send only the parts necessary to repair the sign.

Cancellations & Eligibility

We offer a 24-hour cancellation policy for regular shipping purchases. If your item has not yet been shipped, you may cancel your order regardless of processing level.

Standard Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that gift cards are non-returnable.
