Help & Questions

How long does it take to receive my custom led sign?
Every sign is handcrafted to order. Typically, production takes 1-3 business days, followed by shipping. If you have a fast-approaching wedding or event, please reach out about our "Sparkle Priority" rush options!
Are your LED signs safe for indoor use?
Absolutely. Unlike traditional glass neon, our LED signs are made from flexible PVC tubing. They stay cool to the touch, are shatterproof, and consume very little energy, making them perfect for bedrooms and nurseries.
Can I use my own logo or a specific font?
We love bringing your specific visions to life! You can upload your own design or logo via our custom request page, and our design team will send you a digital mockup for approval before we begin.
Does the sign come with a dimmer?
All large led signs include a complimentary remote and dimmer. This allows you to adjust the brightness for photos or create a soft, romantic glow for evening receptions.
How do I hang or mount my sign?
Your sign comes with pre-drilled holes in the acrylic backing. We provide a mounting kit (screws) or a hanging kit (wires) based on your preference. It’s as simple as hanging a picture frame!
What is the lifespan of an LED neon sign?
Our high-quality LEDs are rated for approximately 50,000 hours of use. If you left your sign on 24/7, it would last for over 5 years!
Do the signs make any buzzing noise?
Not at all. One of the best benefits of LED over traditional neon is that our signs are completely silent. No buzzing, no humming—just beautiful light.
What comes in the box?
You will receive your custom LED sign, a power adapter or USB cord depends on the size and a mounting hardware.
Can my sign be used outdoors?
Our standard signs are designed for indoor use.
What is your return policy for custom items?
Because each piece is uniquely personalized, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we offer a 12-month warranty and will replace any sign that arrives damaged or with technical faults.
